There are few permanent employees of One!, numerous volunteers, and a small administrative board.

A Board of Directors is maintained to ensure that the direction of One! remains focused and positive for improving the future of the children and women in Mumbai, India.

The Board, is the 'voice' of all the donors and financial supporters. All major decisions, in terms of the running of One!, (accommodation, transportation, communication, advertising, etc.) are passed to the Board and must be accepted by the majority of members.

The hope is to maintain the 'human factor' and the 'credibility' of the organization through the people that are represented by the Board.
