AYA is an American organization that supports other organizations at the grassroots level. They have been working in Africa for a number of years, but have just recently opened their doors to India.

Our Partnership with AYA - Project Funding

AYA has accepted two projects. The first project is to create a sewing room for the children. The sewing room will have foot pedalled machines as well as instructors and supervisors to pace the children's (and parent's) learning and progress. The second project is to create a woodworking room for the children, starting with the basics and moving on from there. Due to the insane prices of property in Mumbai, we will be operating both projects out of the same room. These projects would be income generation projects as the students will be able to take home some of the items they create.

Children's Hope (India) Inc. is a New York-based organization of professional women which supports the cause of underprivileged children both in India and the U.S.

One of the goals of One! International is to educate/inform North American students about their counterparts in other parts of the world - India.

Our Partnership with Canadian Schools

Wes Hosford Elementary School - an Elementary school in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. This school which comprises of 14 classes from kindergarten to grade 6, collects school supplies, hygiene products, toys, and clothing, for the children in India. The school has committed to partnering with One! on an ongoing basis.

Glenmary School - a school in Peace River, ALberta, Canada. This school collects supplies for our children.
